If prize donors cannot or will not fulfill prize commitments, understand Drakeford Productions, LLC, and its prize coordinators, television, producers and publicists, accept no responsibility for substitute prizes or financial reimbursement. If for any reason Miss Essence & Mrs. Essence cannot full fill their contract commitment then all remaining prizes will go to the 1st runner up.  Award gift certificates can be combined for the 2010 pageant up to $695 and any additional gift certificate may be transfered to a friend or family member designated by the awardee. All certificates must be used for the 2011 pageant year.
