*Cash can be given in place of the savings bond. Must have 25 per each division if less than 25 a $2,500 Savings Bond will be given to the division winners. For People's Choice and Talent a minimum of 10 per division or a $500 Saving Bond will be awarded. For Business Award a minimum of 10 need to compete for that award.
