Mrs. FL Essence, Sheila held a mock interview at her house for a few young ladies who are going to be in the Miss Florida USA pageant. As judges I had Angelica (Miss Florida Essence) and Jana (Florida Essence Director) and herself.

In June, Miss Georgia Essence, Antonia Gore had the opportunity to attend the Sporty Girl Fitness Bootcamp that came to the Washington D.C. area. It was absolutely wonderful. She got the chance to meet some great people, and get in shape! The first one is with Basheeerah Ahmad( Miss Black America 1996,Celebrity fitness trainer, CEO of Sporty Girl Fitness) and the second one is with Chante Moore( R&B and gospel singer).
