Note: Talent must be 2min and 30 sec. (you will be given an additional 15 sec. grace period).
1. As a result of my participation in the events and activities of the pageant, there are inherent risks of injury, bodily harm and/or other physical or mental damages that may result.
2. I knowingly assume those risks and agree to hereby fully and forever remise, release, acquit and forever discharge Drakeford Productions and Miss TEEN Essence, Miss Essence & Mrs. Essence Pageant, and their agents, attorneys, representatives, predecessors, successors, heirs and assigns from and against all claims, causes of action, demands, contracts, damages, accounts, debts, liens or suits of any kind, known or unknown, arising directly or indirectly from my participation in the pageant.
3. I agree to pay all my fees by August 1, 2010, and that I am responsible for any other expenses (Travel, Hotel, Clothing, Etc.).
4. I agree that I have already paid my $50 application fee, and realize that my application will not be processed until it is paid.
5. I agree that I must submit a photo with a minimum of 300 DPI
6. I agree that Talent is optional and it has no bearing on the overall winner. Talent must be cleared through Kevin Wade, Production Manager and only the 10 best submission in each group (TEEN, Miss, & Mrs.) will compete at the national pageant August 27-28, 2010.

I have read the official entry form and agree to be bound by the rules and regulations set forth. I hereby state that all information is true. Any misrepresentation will cause immediate disqualification. If selected as a delegate, applicant agrees to participate in the 2010 Miss TEEN Essence, Miss Essence and Mrs. Essence Pageant® and if crowned one of the winners, applicant agrees to sign a contract stating that she will make public appearances on behalf of the pageant. Applicant also agrees to return to the 2011 national pageant for the purpose of crowning her successor, if selected as a 2010 national queen. If applicant cannot fulfill these obligations, the title and all prizes earned will be presented to the first runner-up.
